14:3 For Herod had held John, and bound him, and put him into prison for Herodias, the wife of his brother. For Herod took Jhon and bound him, and put him in prison for Herodias’ sake, his brother philip’s wife. For Herod had taken John, and bound him, and put him in prison for Herodias’ sake, his brother Philip’s wife. And the king sorrowed: nevertheless for his oath’s sake, and for their sakes which sat also at the table, he commanded it to be given her. 14:22 And anon Jesus compelled the disciples to go up into a boat, and to go before him over the sea, till that he left the companies. 14:24 Forsooth the boat in the midst of the sea was thrown with waves, for the wind was contrary. and the ship was in the midst of the sea, and was tossed with waves, for it was a contrary wind. 14:25 But in the fourth waking of the night, he came to them walking on the sea. But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good comfort. It is I: be not afraid. But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer: it is I, be not afraid.
14:28 And Peter answered, and said, Lord, if thou art, command me to come to thee upon the waters. Peter answered, and said: master, and thou be he, bid me come unto thee on the water. Then Peter answered him, & said, Master, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. And Peter answered him, and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water.
14:29 And he said, Come thou. And Peter went down from the boat, and walked on the waters to come to Jesus. and he said come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.
14:30 But he saw the wind strong, and was afeared; and when he began to drown, he cried, and saying, Lord, make me safe. But when he saw a mighty wind, he was afraid. And as he began to sink, he cried saying: master save me. But when he saw a mighty wind, he was afraid: and as he began to sink, he cried, saying, Master, save me. But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid: and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord save me.
14:31 And anon Jesus, holding forth his hand, caught him, and said to him, Thou of little faith, why hast thou doubted? And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said to him: O thou of little faith: wherefore didst thou doubt? So immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said to him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt? 14:33 And they, that were in the boat, came, and worshipped him, saying, Verily, thou art God’s Son. Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped him, saying: of a truth thou art the son of God. 14:34 And when they had passed over the sea, they came into the land of Gennesaret. And when they were come over, they went into the land of genazareth. And when they were come over, they came into the land of Gennesaret. And when they were gone over, they came into the land of Genesaret.
14:35 And when men of that place had known him, they sent into all that country; and they brought to him all having evil. And when the men of that place had knowledge of him, they sent out into all that country round about, and brought unto him all that were sick, And when the men of that place knew him, they sent out into all that country round about, and brought unto him all that were sick, And when the men of that place had knowledge of him, they sent out into all that country round about, and brought unto him all that were diseased,
14:36 And they prayed him, that they should touch namely the hem of his cloth; and whoever touched were made safe. and besought him, that they might touch the border of his vesture only. And as many as touched it, were made safe. And besought him, that they might touch the hem of his garment only: & as many as touched it, were made whole. And besought him, that they might only touch the hem of his garment; and as many as touched, were made perfectly whole.
